Shown By You is a new and exciting way for you to sell your home.
You get all the benefits of the real estate agent’s administrative, financial and legal experience but without the high costs. For a flat fee (no commission!):
- A representative will come to your house to take details, photos and give you a professional valuation.
- You will be given advice on how to best present your home to buyers.
- Your property will be advertised on the Internet with full description in English, Spanish, French and German and unlimited photos, giving you access to potential buyers world wide.
- You get a professional “Shown By You” for sale board with the website address and the contact number of your local Shown By You representative. They will arrange all viewings, negotiate sales on your behalf and draw up sales contracts.
- Shown By You will also help your buyer to arrange a mortgage and obtain all necessary documents, helping things move quicker and easier for all parties.
All you have to do is show people round. We do everything else.
